We believe...
We are an interdenominational Bible believing church embracing a charismatic style of worship.
We believe that all Scripture was given by the inspiration of God; as the writers were moved upon by the Holy Spirit. II Timothy 3:16
~ Apostle Dr. Patti Mack-Tucker, Founder and Senior Pastor
We believe in the one true God who has revealed Himself as existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible. Matthew 2819; Luke 3:21-22
~ Apostle Dr. Patti Mack-Tucker, Founder and Senior Pastor
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary; very God and very man. Luke 1:26-35; St. John 1:18; Isaiah 7:14;9:6
~ Apostle Dr. Patti Mack-Tucker, Founder and Senior Pastor
We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance and faith, in the perfect and sufficient work of the cross of Calvary by which we obtain remission of sins. Ephesians 2:8-9; Hebrews 9:12; Romans 5:11
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Eternal Godhead in order to fulfill the command of Christ. Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:36-39, 19:1-6
~ Apostle Dr. Patti Mack-Tucker, Founder and Senior Pastor
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the promise of the Father, for the empowering of the Christian and his accompanying gifts and fruit. Acts 2:1-4, 8:14-17, 10:44-46; Galatians 3:14

Mission...
We believe that serving the needs of our community is part of our Christian responsibility.
We want to be a lighthouse to our community as our name implies. Just as a true lighthouse guides ships into a safe harbor during storms; we want to be a safe house where people can come during their peaceful times or through their storms in life.
The Great Commission must be fulfilled! VLCC was established nearly 10 years ago with a vision to carry our mission outreaches to various Nations of the world in fulfillment of Jesus' command in Mark 16:15, to "...go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature; and in Matthew 24:14, "and this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all Nations..." To teach and discipline newly converted Christian, preparing them for ministry and, an effective walk with the Lord.
The vision is being accomplished through out mission outreaches, two of which are Project Ghana and Project India, which are programs designed to provide aid (food, housing, clothing, etc.) to orphans, widows and the elderly.
The vision is also being accomplished through our Radio and Television programs; The Voice of Victory! which are designed to encourage and provide prayer for all who are in need.

Style of Worship...
It is inconceivable to me that we can go to our favorite sports gathering and cheer for our team (yell, jump and even scream) and it is acceptable, yet when we come to church to worship the King of Kings who has won the ultimate victory, we become inhibited.
The Bible tells us to "make a joyful noise unto the Lord" Psalm 149:3, Psalm 150:3-5, we also read in 11Samuel how King David "danced before the Lord with all his might..." also in verse 16, David was "leaping and dancing before the Lord..."
We make a joyful noise, dance and lift our hands to bless and praise the Lord (Psalm 134:2; Timothy 2:8) because it is scriptural.
Why do we Prophesy?
To strengthen, encourage and comfort the church. 1 Corinthians 12:7, 10; 14:5
Why do we speak in tongues & Interpret?
To interpret the message from God in an unknown language, into the known language of the local congregation. 1 Corinthians 12:7, 10;14:5
